Villa Elena is a detached, completely restored old Istrian house with swimming pool situated in a little village Golaš near the town of Bale.
This stunning property is a detached old Istrian house converted into a beautiful villa, located amidst the peaceful Istrian countryside and is ideal for all those looking for some peace and quiet. The Villa Elena can accommodate up to 10 persons and is spread over the ground, first and second floor. On the ground floor you will find a cosy living room with SAT TV, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and a winery.
On the first and second floor there are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
The pool is equipped with sun loungers, and next to the pool there is a dining table with BBQ.
Dogs are allowed. A maximum of 2 dogs per booking is allowed. Dog fee (not included in the reservation price and payable on arrival at the Villa) is 50 € per dog per stay.
Damage deposit of 400 € (cash) is to be paid directly in the Villa upon check in.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Bei Golas handelt es sich um einen typischen kleinen kroatischen Ort mit einigen Ferienhäuser. Für einen Aufenthalt mir Hunden perfek, da man beim Spazierengehen relativ schnell außerhalb des Ortes unterwegs sein kann. Für Teenager ist es eher ungeeignet, da die Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten außerhalb des Hauses gegen Null gehen. Dazu müsste man zumindest den sehr schönen, nächst gelegenen Ort Bale mit Eisdiele, Restaurants usw. aufsuchen (fußläufig zu weit).Dafür liegt Golas zwischen Rovinj und Pula und beide Orte sind für Ausflüge in etwa 15 bzw. 25 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir waren abends regelmäßig im wunderschönen Rovinj zum Essen, Shoppen und Flanieren. Dort blühten vor allem die Damen und Teenager auf .Das Ferienhaus Elena hat ein sehr angenehmes Ambiente, wirkte sehr sauber und ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Sogar Werkzeug für kleinere Reparaturen an unseren Zweirädern war vorhanden. Der Außenbereich ist sehr ansprechend gestaltet und der ummauerte, nicht einsehbare Innenhof macht das Verweilen am und im Pool sehr angenehm. Der Pool wirkte sehr gepflegt, hat eine ausreichende Größe und wurde täglich genutzt, ob vorm Frühstück oder auch noch in den Abendstunden. Ein optionales Beheizen war für uns nicht notwendig. Highlight ist der Außengrill mit direktem Zugang zur geräumigen Küche.Wir empfehlen das Haus auf jeden Fall weiter, da auch der Austausch mit den Vermietern (Maja) sehr unkompliziert und freundlich per WhatsApp ablief.

Ein schön renoviertes, ruhig gelegenes Haus

Das historische Gebäude ist sehr schön renoviert. Das Objekt ist sehr sauber, die Küche ist vollumfänglich eingerichtete alles ist vorhanden. Der Kontakt mit den Eigentümern war unkompliziert und sehr angenehm. Der Pool war sehr sauber, nur etwas kalt…😀
