The staff there are wonderful, which is no reflection on the condition of this hotel! This hotel has become rundown and raggedy. It looks more like a place where druggies and prostitutes stay. There was a picture on the wall in my room. That half of the glass was broken out of which is definitely a safety hazard. If there were small children in the room that could’ve been curious enough to touch it they would’ve cut themselves terribly. They were cracks in the bathroom floor, which could’ve cut my feet getting in and out of the shower. There were all kinds of stains on the carpet. This place has become very rundown and it’s very disappointing because I used to stay here often throughout the years.

The hotel is clean, pretty basic, good value, front desk person very nice and friendly , the breakfast was great , variety of items including bacon, potatoes, scrambled eggs and all your other basics

Unable to use the shuttle bc the hours didn't cover our flight times. The first desk attendant provided us w/the contact info for a taxi driver, however he stated he didn't go to the airport. (Panic started to set in!) Upon our return from dinner, a different desk attendant was working and we asked for an additional taxi contact. He immediately said he'd drive us to the airport despite the very early hour. Excellent customer service from the second attendant!!

The room was average at best. The breakfast was very limited. We asked for room service and would be ignored. Several times, we were without hot water. People smoked weed in front of the property. Highly recommend spending a few extra dollars for better accommodations.
