There was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and stains all throughout the carpet of the room. When I notified the front desk, they did not offer to do anything about it, but rather wrote the manager's name on a card and told me to call the hotel manager when sometime the following week. This is inconsistent with the moto of the hotel. We felt very under appreciated, overlooked, and uncared for.

When checking in they did not have the rooms available. I rented two king suites and paid a premium for this selection. They only had two double bed standard rooms available. They still charged my credit card for the king suites. They told me that I would have to call the manager on Monday to discuss if I wanted any kind of refund. Very frustrating. My family and I were traveling with a two year old and needed the extra space for a crib, however the rooms were too small to accommodate a crib.

The room was perfectly adequate and the bed was comfortable. What was lacking for us was housekeeping. We stayed 3 nights. Nothing (cups, coffee etc) was replenished. Similarly - the conditioner and shower gel dispensers were empty and never refilled even though we asked. Breakfast ran out of items all 3 days - whether we went there early. We would stay again - but maybe not rely on the amenities

The only issue was that the shade allowed too much light into the room. It was difficult to sleep with so much light at all times of the day/night, especially with all of the lights from vehicles going in and out of the mall being visible in the room. The coffee was excellent! It would be nice to have transportation going around the mall to places like Walmart or the various restaurants, and BWI airport pick-up/drop off. Thanks.

The bed linen wasn't changed the 3 days I stayed. They only left one wash cloth the entire time. I inquired why they didn't change the sheets and was told you had to request them. I've never heard of this when staying in hotel's.
