The staff was exceptionally helpful. Tashae at the front desk was extremely helpful, efficient and attentive. We had a maintenance issue with the bathroom tub. The technician Lando was very professional. When the problem could not be resolved, the technician and the receptionist coordinated a swift seamless room change.

My stay at the Hyatt was very underwhelming. I called the hotel 4 days prior to checking in to ask if the pool was open and the hotel staff said it was. Upon checking in, we saw a sin that said you had to reserve the pool in which we tried to. But the staff told us the pool was under maintenance. The TV didn't work, the shower was broken. And I don't understand why valet parking is 35 dollars a night when I could just park the car myself in the garage gor the hotel. Although the shower didn't work, they did give us a new room.In which the heating and air conditioning didn't work.It seems like the property was not up kept. The night shift staff was less than friendly, but the dayshift staff was more than willing to help with the room change. I will not be booking another room at the Hyatt In any city in the future

Overall i had a good experience the staff is very friendly , the only thing i didn’t like was house keeping did not stop by my room the entire stay to replenish anything , no rags no fresh linen or at least made the bed. But they took a small tiny bag of trash out and that was the only way i knew that they came. Then the second night when i tried to order from the restaurant in the hotel called the placers i called at 11pm because it says on their menu they close at 12 and when i called, the front desk staff said the cook left at 11pm so i advised them to change their hours because it’s false advertising. But other than that , i wouldn’t mind staying there again , it’s just house keeping barely does their job and we caught one on her phone for almost 30 mins and when someone walked by , she pretend to be vacuuming. But it was a good experience.
