This property is in need of an overhaul. I was disappointed bc hyatts are usually nicer. Our light burned outside of the bathroom almost immediately, the room carpet was dirty and the hall smelled like cigarette smoke although it was supposed to be non smoking. Also, the Starbucks coffee machine was broken. On the plus side, the staff was nice and beds were comfortable.

Small dog barked all night!! Worst stay

Unfriendly front counter! Elevators on first floor is poorly located. Had no idea that pets were allowed, small dog barked all night. Deposit for accidentals was usually higher than most hotels in the area.

The room was fine, other than a few ants around the window. Comfortable bed, hot shower. However, the front desk staff assigned my room to another family who tried to access my room while I was laying down resting. The family then started knocking on my door as if I was in the wrong. The staff just said oops. But as a single female, it was very scary to encounter. No recourse was offered by the property, they suggested I complain to Expedia for a refund.

The room and hotel was severely outdated with black mold in the shower. The manager was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is set for renovations soon, much needed.

Location was okay for me, but its being renovated. Now i had ask to fix the bed and replace towel which didnt happen till next day. Also alot of kids running the hallway disturb my son's nap and our sleep. But hotel is good.

- Issues with towels always being in the dryer refuse amount needed and waiting hrs for those given - Clogged toilets even with room change - Rusted 3-4 inch nail on the floor by my room door and other parts of the hallways I have pictures of them - Toilet paper causing irritation after wiping - No working phones in both rooms - Non working tv and WiFi in changed room - Non working mini fridge in changed room - Used towels left in my room after room was cleaned and dirty dishes were left in the room and housekeeping did not replace dirty cups
