The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, especially the door attendants. They politely lead us to parking while explaining the process and gave great suggestions for dining and things to do. We will definitely again.

Perfect location to Harbor.. a quick safe walk to Aquarium and everything else we wanted to see. The staff were extremely nice and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Coffee bar and the restaurant were great and parking garage was easy but expensive. Only neg was the hot tub was out of commision. We had a great two nights there and would definately recommend!

I live here in Baltimore City but for many years the Renaissance has been my favorite spot for a little get away ,it allows me to be downtown inner harbor which is one of my favorite places in the city, I’ve always had a great experience with this hotel and will continue to come back. The staff is excellent, the ambiance is lovely, the rooms and the hotel in general is always clean and well kept.

Our stay was hampered by a bunch of people on our floor, making noise till all hours. their doors open, talking loud up and down the hallway late at night. I had to call security multiple times - didn’t get the best sleep.
