The staff at the front desk made my stay memorable. From their warm greetings to the "sorry Dodgers" note left after the Os won the series, they were the best. Will be back for my next Camden Yards visit.

The location of the hotel for our visit was perfect and the place was very nice. You could tell it was recently renovated from an older hotel. There are a couple of negatives - Parking: No parking and the staff offered to valet but we not very nice about it. There are a lot of one-way streets and I was made to circle around the hotel multiple times, and after being dismissed by the person working vlaet, had to drive 2 blocks away and park in a garage. Also, we wanted to dine there and there was limited staff which resulted in us waiting an hour for our order. The gentleman was very nice and offered an apology but as a result, we had to rush to get to our event as a result.

The hotel & room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The remotes were even clean which I hate a gross remote you can tell hasn’t been cleaned. The guy working the valet parking was amazing. Only thing was there weren’t enough lights in our room it was very dark. Would have liked an actual lamp.

I chose this hotel for location and because hotels.com showed that it had a king suite that slept 4. A roll-away would be available at no charge. This was simply not true. It does not sleep 4. There was no roll-away bed. I was told these things don’t exist here.
