This hotel has such charm and character! The associate at check-in was so pleasant. It was convenient to have a buffet breakfast on the premises. The buffet had several hot items in addition to fruit, cereal, and yogurt. The hotel was in walking distance to several stores and restaurants and also the harbor and the convention center. Very convenient! Our room was large and very nice with plenty of amenities. I would love to stay there again. When making your reservation, be sure to include the valet parking package. There are several parking garages right there but are very expensive and there is no on-street parking. It is not in a quiet area because it is in town.

Conveniently located near everything

I loved this hotel! We were walking distance to everything! The full kitchen was a huge perk, too! There was no view, but the price and convenience to everything was great! I did not intend to pay so much for parking, but the valet service was wonderful and had my car ready for me within a few minutes. We definitely plan to stay here again if we visit Baltimore.

This hotel far exceeded our expectations. It didn't appear to be anything special from the outside, but it is a beautiful old building that has been kept in great shape. Our room was on the fourth floor and we immediately noticed the beautiful high ceilings and skylight as soon as we stepped off of the elevator. When we entered the huge room, we were shocked to see that we had a kitchen complete with a stovetop, full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, and dishes. It's a shame that we were only staying for one short night. We arrived late and woke up early for breakfast which included oatmeal and toppings, yogurt and toppings, bagels, bread, muffins, cereals, make your own waffles, sausage, scrambled "eggs", biscuits and gravy as the daily special, and fruits. Juices and coffee were available as well. Overall we were very pleased, zero complaints, easy check in and check out.
