Play this is my go to location, but I’ve had issues with the quality in the air and this day was not so great whereas the fire alarm went off two separate hours for at least 20 to 30 minutes when everyone had to go out but upon reading reviews, this happens occasionally And I had my autistic son with me so that really gave him a scare

Large one bedroom apartment, instead of a hotel room, was very comfortable.It's also feet away from a great Thai restaurant; waking to Merriweather was under 3 minutes. Safe parking garage. Easy check-in.

GREAT Hotel with minor tweaks needed

Great hotel in a very convenient area if you are going to a show at Merriweather Post Pavilion (It is a 5 minute SAFE walk to the venue). The hotel is very clean, safe and located within walking distance to many good eating options. Our only issue, and this has been raised in other reviews so we will add to it .... the check in process is VERY confusing. There is no front desk and the instructions on how to enter the building, where to park and where to check in is not intuitive and is confusing. You can call the main number for instructions (they were very helpful once I reached them) but getting someone on the phone was also challenging. If they can make the check in process smoother and easier to understand this is a 10/10 hotel. Otherwise it is only a 8.5/10

Great property but I received zero instructions from Expedia and how to get in the building after hours! If other tenants hadn't help me figure it out, I would be still outside! When I finally made it to the rental office, they blamed the lack of communications on Expedia! This is pretty unacceptable!

The good: Very helpful staff. Great location and dining options. Quiet. Clean. The not quite as good: The mattress was not comfortable and bed creaked if you moved. The pool lights stay on all night and even on the 4th floor, with the blinds closed, they illuminate the room.
