The reason for giving a good rating for our stay and property condition are twofold. The lobby area is looking very dated with the poor condition of the furniture. The overall stay was good as it was disappointing that coffee is no longer available in the lobby. Small thing but important to us.

Great location far enough away from downtown Banff but only a free short bus ride to get to anywhere in town. Very comfortable room and great service. My only negative was the wifi service, very intermittent.
