The front office staff were rude and not at all helpful. The room is small. The room provided had no windows only a two foot by three foot glass. The toilet was small. The room had no wardrobe.

It’s a motel and highly overpriced. The beds very comfortable however and the set up allowed us to accommodate 3 adults in the one loft room The bathroom is way too small and badly needs to be gutted and renovated

Horrible beds. Poor value

The cost of these rooms very extremely expensive and the quality was disappointing. Mattresses were horrible! Room is at best average. Would not recommend.

Hotel appears upscale, and the staff is outstanding. Unfortunately the bed was terrible. Mattress should've been replaced years ago. Pillows were so full of dust mites that it caused an asthmatic reaction in me even though I'm not normally asthmatic. Definitely would avoid this place. Many other good options.

Our room was the loft type. Modern design. I would say despite the bed upstairs, room still feels cramped. But it was cozy and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful.

We booked for one night and had a comfortable stay. The room was spacious. The amenities were limited, and the hotel is about 10 minutes from downtown. Next time, I would book a hotel in the center of downtown for convenience.
