We stayed one night at Banff Park Lodge and had a great experience. The front desk team was friendly and welcoming, and the staff throughout the hotel were really nice and accommodating. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet at Crave was excellent — so many good options! The location is also super convenient and close to everything in town. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Location was very good. Walking distance to bars/restaurants, supermarket. Room clean, admenities well thought out. Pool and hosting was nice. We appreciated the filtered water station in lobby and updated rooms. I had a truly wonderful stay at Banff Park Lodge. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Banff—with beautiful mountain views all around. The overall atmosphere of the lodge felt peaceful and relaxing, and the service throughout my stay was consistently excellent.
