Couple times came here, being one of the newest properties here other than renovation of canoe this place is much better and feels cozy. Small things from the extra berber in the carpet for soft walking feel on tired legs, or cozy shower and comfy bed. Can’t go wrong staying here, will be back again.

Peaks offered a comfortable, clean, and affordable stay for a group of four. We especially appreciated the secure ski storage in the parking garage and the convenient location near all that Banff Village has to offer. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the staff were all lovely! I would definitely return on my next visit.

The room is smallish and not very comfortable. We had no chair to sit in, to have a coffee or a drink. So had to sit on the bed. It's just not very well thought out. There is also no gym (the one in the sister hotel across the street is horrible), and the staff was nice but not very helpful in arranging a later than normal check out or finding a space that I needed to do some stretching/yoga.

chose this hotel for the cleanliness reviews and location for the price. did not disappoint will definitely be staying here again. The only downfall is if there over size parking was full (3 spots only) we would have struggled to park our truck, thankfully it wasnt! overall staff, rooms, location was perfect and overall great stay. Bed was comfy, shower was nice, spacious room we had the king. Definitely recommend. 5/5

Great hotel close to all the action! The hotel seems new, the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Lalani and her front desk team were exceptional, going out of their way to answer questions and make suggestions with a friendly smile. Their entire staff is great, this includes the cleaning crew who is on top of everything; even a “good morning” greeting when you cross in the elevator. Location is a short walk from everything – restaurants, gift shops, gas station, store and shuttle buses. Parking is simple and easy. A nice lounge area with hot coffee and chocolate. They have a sister hotel across the street with a pool and restaurant. I need to extend a BIG thank you to Lalani who assisted with an issue unrelated to the hotel and was sure to follow up after our stay to be sure it was resolved. The Peaks are lucky to have Lalani!!
