We were told that construction would happen from 11 until 3, it started at 8:45 am. When i complained they tell you they sent an email about the times being 9 to 4. That email gets sent just as your already in the room. The construction hours should be on their webpage. The noise was so unbearable we left much earlier than expected even though we paid up to 11 am. Then we get told that we owe $20 for parking, another thing we were not told ahead, I've never heard of a hotel charging for parking! . When you ask to speak to the manager, it's every excuse in the book. I would find another hotel to book at, this hotel is sneaky with their emails & their hidden fees.
