The lights and outlets were not working properly. If we shut the lights off the outlets by the bed shut off so my husband could not use his CPAP. We had to have building services come 3 times to figure out a solution only to bring us an extension cord to go from the bed to the bathroom outlet. All this took over an hour and a half. Other than that, the hotel was fine

Older hotel that shows a bit of its age, but the incredible staff and proximity to the airport make it my go-to hotel for flights out of DMK.

Older property, and showing a bit of its age. However, staff are excellent and there is no more convenient hotel than this one if you’re in and out of DMK. I have stayed here 20 times over the years. I will keep coming back. Great restaurants nearby via walk.

Perfectly located at the airport, clean and friendly staff! They were extremely helpful to us. Only thing the WiFi stopped working…but not sure if that’s on them. Would recommend for travelers.

I paid 450 baht for bbq ribs at the corner restaurant there was no meat on the bones ! Absolutely disgusting I left hungry went to 7 eleven to eat. On my last stay I got the 200 gram steak over 600 baht it was smaller than 100 grams. I’m very very disappointed I’ve been staying at this hotel for years not sure if I’ll ever return

The DM Amari is so dated. Needs a complete refurbishment asap. Sadly they enjoy a captive audience…. location, location, location😀Check in was slow but pleasant enough. Also traversing from room to airport is convoluted and a bit of a pain with significant amount of luggage
