The room was ok but the air con filter needed changing gave me a cough the pool was freezing cold and set up wrong entrance a round a corner have to go past people on there sunbeds to get into the water also the pool bar should be open late but most nights was closed at 7.30 pm and the Heineken bar downstairs said was open 5 to 11 in the evening but was never open as the hotel is not near any where you have to get a taxi so not facilities of an evening was not great the staff were polite but did not go out there way to make you feel welcome would not say hi when walking past them this place feels very transactional rather than service so a very disappointing stay would never return

They tried to charge me 3500.00 to do one load of LAUNDRY & did not return all of my clothes to me. They also called me on my last day there repeatedly at 5am to see if they accidentally gave me someone else’s clothes which they did. They also gave someone else MY clothes. Highly not recommended!

Room was big for solo traveler! Shower seemed had a musty smell!! And turnover service just means coming in and making your bed no new sheets or shower mat! Other than that front desk staff and pool staff were amazing!!
