We had a wonderful, comfortable stay with our two young kids, ages 3 and 6. The views, the pool and the breakfast buffet were all amazing. Service was impeccable and rooms were beautiful.

People are nice. The hotel smells good and looks clean. It has a really nice pool area that I really enjoyed. There is a shuttle to Siam Paragon mall which makes it convenient for shopping and finding food options. Taking a Grab from the hotel can be a little challenging ( longer waiting time) because of the traffic and road construction. I advise booking a taxi or tuktuk ahead of time with the staff.

Would definitely stay again.

Staff is super friendly and helpful, breakfast was lovely with lots of choices, we had a 2 bedroom suite which was huge and a great value, location worked well for us. It’s on a quiet street walking distance to Siam Paragon (and they offer free shuttle). They accommodated my request for late checkout, housekeeping did a great job. I can’t find anything to fault here.

Best Hotel Staff Ever!!

The professionalism of the staff at Chatrium Grand Bangkok is second to none, and made our stay the most pleasant it could possible be. The hotel building is spotless clean, very upscale and elegant. The cuisine in the restaurant is made to perfection, but the menu is limited and a little pricey. There's no reason to mention the pool, just look at the picture. But what you don't see is the lovely little restaurant / bar adjacent to the swimming pool. The location is excellent with shopping and restaurants galore. We will definitely be back.

Shuttle service from hotel to Siam paragon is very frequent, almost every 5 minutes. Very convenient location. Breakfast is awesome, wide variety. Almost the best hotel breakfast I had so far. Room is clean and new, free minibar and snacks and chocolates. Huge swimming pool. Shortfall is there is no disposal cloth slipper, provide only plastic slippers, which is a huge turn off.

Our family celebrated Chinese New Year and wedding anniversary here and absolutely loved it. The modern and relaxing design of the room made a restful sleep after a long day of shopping and exploring. The entire building is very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend getting lounge access if you would enjoy quiet breakfasts, afternoon teas and happy hours with light appetizers. Breakfast at the lobby is very extensive, and the staff are wonderful. I especially want to give a shoutout to Charm who was our server at the lounge during our stay. His warm kindness and excellent service helped start each morning so positively. The general manager also stopped by occasionally to meet the guests. He was so friendly, too. There’s also a hotel shuttle at the lobby to take you to Siam Paragon, a mega mall with an incredibly food floor and lots of shopping. It’s very convenient and comes frequently. The hotel also sells these extremely delicious Tom Yum flavored peanuts in a nice bottle that makes for great souvenirs (or snacks for yourself in the room!). Highly recommend staying here with your family, for couples or business trip. :) We would stay here again!
