Hotel is down a side street - which looks poor due rubbish and litter- shame as the hotel and staff are excellent. The hotel is within easy walking of the Skytrain system - great for access into the city

Excellent stay! The hotel is in a perfect location — just minutes from both Central One and CentralWorld, with an e-bike station only about 3 minutes away, making the malls even more accessible. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, and the service was outstanding from check-in to check-out. A great choice for both convenience and comfort!

Front desk need to have better understanding of basic english. 28 Sept then met a nice guest service who assured me my luggage still in room as she do not know who check me out at 12noon . She reinstated my room key and I decided not to go out anymore. Wanted to give one star review but Housekeeping good on certain days some days are bad as no bath robe, etc. Curtain stuck together. Bedroom and belcony door cannot lock. I booked the wrong dusit as I have previously stayed at the other Dusit before they go thru renovation. I will never come back to Dusit Suite. Very bad experience of not being able to access the lift only to find out I was checked out.

Great location close to BTS and very central. Rooms are huge and having a kitchen and washing machine was handy. Rooms are a little tired and need a spruce up. Pool is large but hard to get in and out of as mainly steep stairs and no grab rails which can be dangerous. Staff with better English at the pool would help too.
