It was upsetting that they had no alcohol on the property and that one of the restaurants wasn’t in service. Eating dinner, we were the only ones in the restaurant and they still charged us for the tea that was displayed even though we had been at breakfast a couple hours prior.

The location is very good, directly connected with both BTS Asoak, and Metro Sukhumvit, and the shopping mall Terminal 21. You can get the trains avoiding the heavy rain in Bangkok. The hotel is new, modern, sophisticated with pool, gym and spa and garden, the breakfast had a lot of choice and very good.
