I find this hotel overpriced for what you get, I got a room that seems a little tired and in need of a refresh. The road to the hotel is very narrow, a little harrowing to walk. The staff and breakfast are the highlights.

From the time we step off our taxi at the hotel till we left, we had a very good experience at the hotel. From the security to the reception to the house keeping, we were very pleased with the service provided. Extra shoutout to the girls at the reception when we check in on the 23/5 @ around 10am. My third time staying here. It is comfortable and well located for Silom activities. The breakfast is simple and boring. Now, i just assume that i will eat at one of the many other nearby options. I intend to return to this simple, functional, hotel without amenities.

I like Holiday Inn express pretty much around the globe. Pretty consistent in that regard. I have mobility issues so I really appreciate having a breakfast first thing in the morning that usually keeps me going until dinner time. I also appreciate one of the staff retrieving my bank card from the machine and bring it to me in the lobby..duhh. All in all a good experience.
