Private quiet condo in CBD. Many spas massage shops, Terminal 21 shopping mall, super market, and cafe that you can go relax and hang around. Also, can go to Siam Paragon or MBK easily not very far.

Fun walking street at night with restaurants and Bars not very far from apartment. Very convenient with 7-11 minimart next to lobby and Villa market 3 minutes walk.

- The space is brand new, modern 1-bedroom condo on 7th floor. The condo is high-rise and located in the heart of downtown with a cozy bedroom (King size bed, wardrobe, kitchen, restroom,microwave, electric stove, washing machine, and In room WiFi Internet)
- Many facilities you can access without extra charge: Gym, Reading Room, Swimming Pool, Sauna, Stream, and Jacuzzi pool
- Studio 28 sq.m. apartment that has slide glass door separate kitchen and toilet with bedroom.

Our condominium is within a short walk from the Skytrain and the Subway; only 5-7 minutes away.

The nearest Skytrain Stations are either Nana or Asoke (you could connect Asoke Skytrain which the Subway as well). At Asoke, a unique shopping mall called "Terminal 21" is located, where you can enjoy various restaurants both local and international, it's a complex with many shops and also cinemas.

For whose who are keen on nightlife, you can easily walk, or take one or a few stops via the Skytrain, and you will reach Nana, Thonglor and Ekkamai, where many bars from the most affordable and upscale can be found.

House rules
- We provide clean room with fresh bed linen, towels and toilet paper at check-in, and they won't be changed during your stay until the next cleaning service. You can request extra cleaning service at the cost of 600 Baht /cleaning.
- We provide fixing and cleaning service even when you're not at condo if needed. So if have any problems, can let us know and we can fix while you're out have great time in BKK. So, safe time and don't have to be worry staying for fixing.
- For the lost or damage of a key card you will be charged 500 Baht per card.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the room.
- Pleases ensure that all electric appliances are off, air conditions are off, water are off, the door is locked when you are out of the room.
- Please take off the shoes while staying in the room.
- Please clean up the kitchen utensils after use.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Food and drinks are not allowed at swimming pool area.
- Easily flammable and explosive substance and materials, as well as objects with an unpleasant odor, are not allowed on residence premise.
- Please do not cook the meal with lots of smoke or steam. There is a smoke detector in the room and fire alarm will start automatically after getting smoke or steam.
- Please do not leave your valuables belongings in the room when you're out, we are not responsible for any possible disappearances.
- Please do not disturb other residents by loud noises in the room, hallways and public areas.
- Please take care of the residence inventory and other equipment. Lost or all intentional damages occurring during your stay shall be charged according to the actual costs of replacement.
- Please do not walk and stay in the public residence area in an inappropriate clothing, i.e. underwear, bathing suit, etc. Walking without clothing is strictly forbidden.
