ya le escribi un correo espero lo miren y sean cuidadosos en la atencion al huesped, con la falta de atencion en abrir las ventanas de la habitacion y con el llegar al domo que mas pareciera uno extraño y no huesped, me decepciono que solo tenia mi familia y yo 10 minutos para tomarnos fotos y si queriamos estar mas tiempo teniamos que consumir, que ilogico ya que esta uno hospedado alli. mejor hubiera pagado los 50 dolares que me pedian para ir a visitar el domo y no haberme quedado hospedado alli, lo otro es que la suite que nos dieron, el piso de madera crujia cada vez que uno caminaba sobre ella y si se ve algo deteriorado ciertas areas las cuales les deberian de dar mantenimiento ya que es un hotel de lujo

I had booked a suite with a balcony which was huge and had an amazing view though there was no furniture on the balcony so you really just went out there to look. The room was spotless and the staff were amazing. The bed was very comfortable. The only downside was one night I did have noisy neighbours and there loud voices did carry through. The breakfast was extensive which was great. The hotel is in need a some refurbishment the rooms are dated although comfortable. The hotel is noted for its skybar and restaurants - however they have to be the most expensive bar in Asia. 1500 baht for a cocktail although you do have an amazing view.
