experience is so bad is not close from city center, approx 10 km, Hotel Showing the photo is different and actual room condition is different. electronic tea cattle, tea coffee & even tow they are not provide a glass in room, no free water, bathroom is so small overall experience is bad, not recommended...

I booked a room and paid a rate of £10.35. I paid up front using my card. The following day I was told that the comm I was staying in was at a higher rate and that I was only moved there because no other rooms were available the night I checked in. The hotel looks nothing like the pictures its really grubby and quite dirty. Was not impressed.

Unsatisfactory

I was given the worst room in the place. The toilet was cracked, the sink drain spilled onto the floor. The bed sheets was filthy when I arrived and I had to ask for a new sheet, a towel, and soap. Mosquitoes in the lobby. WiFi off and on, mostly off. Women hung out in the lobby waiting for men for the evening. A Large rat lived in the area around the rubbish bins.

Worst night in Thailand Booked for three nights but checked out the next day There is not elevator! The photos on booking page were not even close to the real room The smell of sewage system is coming out of the AC The bed and towels are not even cleaned probably The lock is broken so you don't also get safety I don't know if I can requested a refund but I feel tricked by the photos of the room

Worst hotel I have ever been too

If I could give this hotel a zero I would. This was the worst hotel I ever stayed at. First the rooms look nothing like they do in the pictures i get that you get what you pay for but I have paid less and have stayed in nicer places then this. Dirty but decent enough

I stayed in a single room— the size was bigger than I expected but oh boy was it dirty there especially the bathroom. Not complaints though as it was cheap. But honestly if you like clean places this hotel ain’t for you.

Disgusting

I was thankful this hotel was only for a night. For the price I didnt expect luxury, I dont think cleanliness is too much to ask for. The room was DISGUSTING. There were stains all over the sheets, no proper blanket, the hotel didn't even provide us with a towel. The bathroom was mouldy, there were cracks all over the room and bugs on the bed. Staff wasnt rude but wouldnt show us to our room. If you want to stay on Khao San Road there are far cleaner hotels for the same price.
