I tried this hotel to see how it was. Usually I use another hotel in the same area. The room is okay and so is the toilet- though it's a little low. The bed was decent-I had a king size bed but the mattress on one side was really used and should need to be change. The side I used was okay but nothing more. They have food in the hotel and also about 15 min walk to the Paseo mall area. I didn't walked around since it was raining but there are a 7-11 and other things nearby. Only like 10 minutes from the airport so good when you need to leave early or just want to be close before you leave.

Excellent value for money

Excellent service. Because my flight was before breakfast, the hotel prepared a packed breakfast for me. I did not ask for this, it was just part of the service. The hotel is next to many street markets and eating places.

I really liked the hotel.The location is very close to the airport, it has transportation to the airport and that makes it very easy, the breakfast is very good, the dinner was fantastic and delicious

The staff was very helpful, however finding the person to help with pickup at the airport was a bit of a challenge as their signage was not set out. Also, depending on the package you buy, you will see a vast difference in room accommodations. When I flew in a week prior, I had a deluxe room with full and more modern accommodations. On my return trip, I purchased a more economical room and ended up with a room down in a basement. However, the staff was ready and available to pick up my luggage so i didn't have to lug it up the stairway. The breakfast buffet was fantastic.

The lady that checked us in was livid that we had one more person in our party then we checked in. My extended Thai family was traveling back from the islands with us that day, they were staying 1 night before leaving Bangkok for their home in the northern part of Thailand. My niece, whom lives in Bangkok was traveling with us and wanted to leave her suitcase Amin the hotel room while we went on one last family dinner before going to her apartment in Bangkok. The hostess at the hotel charged us a 1000bth deposit for ‘having a guest’ in the room, and would not listen to us when we explained it to her. She then called the room and kicked my niece out of the hotel because it had been over an hour since she entered the property, while we were waiting for her husband to come pick her up. Now, never in my 20 years of coming to Thailand have I ever heard of that before. 10/10 would not recommend staying at this hotel solely due to the hostess extremely rude who was unwilling to actually listen to the guest.
