The hotel the staff you name it was above the par . They fixed few issues I had and was done swiftly and professionally. The room was very nice and clean. I go ad a nice view. The location was perfect. I needed to get some clothes washed the laundry place was in walking distance. 7/11, Mc Donald’s and Starbucks was within walking distance.. The staff was very courteous. There was one I remember her name is Crispy. She worked in the restaurant in the hotel. I will be going back to Bangkok and will definitely probably go back to the hotel to stay.

I had an incredible stay at this beautiful hotel — everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, and the service was outstanding from start to finish, especially the delicious breakfast each morning. My room Deluxe King room was perfect, and the hotel went above and beyond to make my solo birthday trip unforgettable, with thoughtful touches like a personalised card, birthday cake, and rose petals. It was a truly special experience that I’ll always remember, and I will definitely be returning to Valia Hotel next time I’m in Bangkok, thankyou.
