The TV in 2 bedrooms did not work and they never fixed it.2. The microwave handle is broken3. The single bed upstairs seems to be broke and the mattresses are uncomfortable. 4. We found a hat and shirt under the bed that is not ours. sunflower seeds and garbage under the rocker in the living room. Cereal, popcorn, and whatever else is in the couch where the pull out bed is. 5. We were only given 1 key to the place because the other key didn't work6. the front screen door slams shut so hard because the springs don't work.7. the screen door on the back doesn't shut. 8. Comforters have nasty stains on them along with the pillows. Very disgusting. 9. The toilet seats downstairs are both falling apart. 10. missing light bulbs throughout the place. Many of the sockets don't work.11. The dryer doesn't work at drying clothes12. Towels are limited, very used, and very small13. Windows are fogged upstairs The positive. Close to slopes and has an open floor plan. For the price I paid, this place was definitely not worth it. Very disappointed.

Poor property and management

We stay there for two nights. The location is good but the property is outdated. One room in basement has no heat. The dishwasher wasn’t working.In the morning, a technician arrived to fix the dishwasher and heating issues in the basement. Unfortunately, he was unable to resolve the problems and assured us he would return, but he never came back. As a result:‱The dishwasher remains non-functional.‱One room in the basement still has no heat, which has forced two of our children to sleep on the main floor.This has caused significant inconvenience for our family and has impacted the quality of our vacation. We kindly request a refund to compensate for this unexpected disruption but they never respond to my email.

Staying at Sugar Mountain

The location was great and loved having all the rooms and bathrooms. I guess the only thing was one of the rooms with the two twin beds, the mattresses could stand to be replaced and there wasn’t enough towels. Other than that, the place was very nice. Thank you for letting us stay.

Great location

We had 2 families with 3 teenage boys. Boys were able to walk to slopes easily while the adults enjoyed the surrounding area. Nice layout of bedrooms and bathrooms. A little dated, but clean. Overall we had a great stay.

Great Location

It was a great location for walking to tubing and skiing each day. It is out-dated and the beds need new mattresses, but that was expected from the pictures and other reviews. We chose the place for location and convenience, not luxury.

Sugar Mountain Townhouse

Very convenient townhouse for ski trip getaway. The multiple levels offer privacy and room to space out. A beautiful view of a lake from the back porch and a nice short walk to the slopes. A perfect condo for your Sugar Mountain ski trip..

Condo needs updating.

The property was a great location. The first two days there was an odor in the condo. When staying for a week more than two rolls of toilet paper should be supplied for each bathroom and three pods for the dishwasher . Hair was in the master bedroom shower. We were giving the wrong directions to the condo resulting going to the wrong side of the mountain and when we got to the correct condo we had been given the wrong set of keys. We enjoyed our visit but the condo was not the most impressive.

Great Condo

This Condo is in an amazing location. Walking distance to everything. Great layout with 2 bedrooms upstairs with own bathrooms. Middle is the living area and kitchen and 2 more bedrooms downstairs with own bathrooms and normal size laundry to get cloths done fast. All bedrooms are large as well. This will now be the only condo i rent when visiting.

House needs updates/improvements

Two of the kitchen chairs are broken and someone is going to get hurt. There was a pill on the floor, window doesn’t lock, carpet/time transition areas in kitchen and by patio door have exposed tack strips and you step on the nails. Fire place is out of order. Bedroom furniture dusty, trash in dresser drawers. Open food was left in pantry from prior guests. (Half loaf of bread, chips, open box of pasta, and more) Mattresses need to replaced - feel like air mattresses. Location is the only good thing about this unit. I would not stay again or recommend this unit.
