Nice and easy. Well thought out. Good value. Convenient to Boone. Closer to Linville than Banner Elk proper-which means itâs closer to Boone for graduation. Townhomes- 2 other families in our group stayed in 2 adjacent units. No complaints.
Exactly as advertised. Clean. Close to towns. But secluded. Condos. But you cannot hear through walls. Pet friendly. Loved it. đâïžâïžâïžâïž
Lovely getaway with beautiful townhouse, well- stocked and maintained, great communication from hosts and gorgeous location! (We did have a scary night when our puppy discovered some toxic plants but the hosts were so helpful and responded quickly - thankfully he's better and we learned about mountain foliage.) Grateful for the peaceful stay and caring hosts.
Due to an abnormal winter storm, the temperature outside dropped to -30 degrees. With the sudden freeze, water lines either froze or burst. We had very limited access to water during our stay. When contacted, the owner of the property (again, the owner not a manager it service worker) drove up to the property during Christmas weekend to defrost the pipes and conduct emergency repairs. Overall, it was a good stay and hopefully the property owner learned a lesson about proper winter preparation.
Super clean and spacious townhouse. Kitchen was well stocked with little niceties and had items needed to cook small meals. Semi-private decks off the living room and master with pretty views. Big TVs in both bedrooms and living room. Very comfortable couch and sitting chair. Do be aware that there are stairs to get into unit and stairs to the second floor where main bath and bedrooms are. Washer and dryer worked awesome. We would definitely stay here again. We would not hesitate to bring our dog next trip. They had dog bowls and dog treats. They even had a doggie poop bag dispenser at back deck.
