Susie welcomed us with open arms, was super helpful with dining recommendations, and shopping. Quaint motel within walking distance to Main Street. Bed was comfy & we felt safe there.

The room was basic. Clean-ish, older property that is taken care of, but nothing worth the money. Also couldn't get the TV to connect for more than 30 minutes at a time which meant all of the loud noises for even louder. The plumbing from the other room sounded like it was coming through the wall and woke us up both nights we were there. Our stay at the Bangor Hotel connected to the airport was quieter.

We stayed 2 nights. Beautiful area close to Acacia NP. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Staff interaction was pleasant and helpful in offering restaurant suggestions and things to do near by. The whole town is walkable and this one is not far from seaside, .75 miles at best Would absolutely love to stay here again.

The room was clean and they changed our sheets and towels every day. Air conditioner worked great. It wasn't too noisy. There was just enough parking for everyone. I think we got the last spot.

Great location, safe, clean, plentiful parking, good (free) coffee, helpful and friendly staff. Tip: get room on 2nd floor if you want some quiet as the floors above are pretty thin and you can hear and feel every footstep from above.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, but we thought there was hardwood or laminate flooring in all the rooms but there was carpet. The pictures on the website are misleading.

This was our last night in Bar Harbor. The Anchorage was convenient in parking the car and making a quick exit the next morning. And also still walkable to restaurants, etc.

This is a motel, not a hotel. It’s a 50s era motor court. That being said, location is fantastic. Short walk to downtown Bar Harbor and a few minutes drive to Acadia. The parking is good and the staff are friendly and helpful. But…the rooms are tired, beds need replacing, ROKU TV is inconvenient and the bathroom is small and outdated. Way way overpriced for an aging motel.

The motel overall is good. The cleaning staff missed a whole day and never replaced the toilet paper, we had to go ask for rolls. This is a very basic room, but it is clean. No bells and whistles at all. It is very convenient to Bar Harbor center and to Acadia National Park. It was way overpriced for what it was.
