Der Check-In war unkompliziert. Der Vermieter war freundlich und hilfsbereit, gut erreichbar und hat uns gute Beratung gegeben. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss des Hauses, und ist fast barrierefrei. (Wir waren da mit unserer Tochter, die noch einige Schritten laufen kann, aber auch Rollstuhl/Rollator benutzt.) Das Haus war sehr sauber. Es ist sehr schön eingerichtet mit liebevollen Details. In der Küche ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Die Terrasse ist schön gestaltet. Der Pool ist sehr sauber. Wir haben die Beheizung dazu gebucht, was sehr gut geklappt hat. Wir hatten gutes Interzugang. Es gibt einen großen umzäunten Garten. Vor dem Haus ist Gelegenheit zum Parken von mindestens 2 Autos innerhalb eines abschließbaren Tors. Ein kleines Geschäft befindet sich in 5 Min. Laufabstand. Da gab es frisches Brot und Semmel, Obst und Gemüse, und alles was man sonst so braucht. In Barban (7 Min.) gibt es Restaurants (auch Fast Food und Pizzeria) und Apotheke und Arzt. Pula erreicht man in einer halben Stunde. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.
