Die Lage der Wohnung fĂŒr mich super, nur ein paar Schritte zur Opera de Liceu Die Metro ganz in der NĂ€he, vieles ganz nah, Barrio gotico mit den SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten, der Hafen.Gute Einrichtung, bequemes Sofa zum Entspannen nach "HitzemĂ€rschen" in der Stadt bei guter Klimaanlage.

Great Apartment/Great Location!!

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment! It had everything that we needed, including a full kitchen and a washing machine. A comfortable bed! The location was perfect, just steps off Las Ramblas to the right and leading to Plaza Real on the left. Lots of access to great restaurants. The 20 steps leading to the first floor were a climb with our way too heavy suitcases but we were warned about this when booking. We would definately recommend this apartment and return on our next trip!

Gem in the heart of La Ramblas

Owner had great communication in advance and met us at the property for check in. Carles was terrific. He was up from that it would get noisy but we would much rather have a bit of noise and get to stay in such a wonderful location. This unit is only a few steps to the main square and boulevard. The selection of food and entertainment is vast. The unit was clean with lots of storage and a functional kitchen, though we never used it. Food for every meal was just steps away. Also close to subway and buses. Can’t say enough about this place. If noise bothers you then bring a white noise machine or use your speaker to do one of the many white noise apps. Truly a great find for us. We would stay there again when we return.

We walked to many of the main attractions to see in Barcelona. Markets, food, stores, it’s all right here waiting for you! And if you feel like walking, there’s a taxi stand right outside!

Cozy & Cheerful

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. Location was perfect to walk & explore the Gothic quarter and Born district as well as the marina boardwalk. You could walk out the door & stroll La Rambla & the subway or taxi to travel further afield was very close by.. Check in was a breeze. The owner was easy to communicate with and always answered any queries the same day. The apartment was clean, cozy & very comfortable with a full kitchen. Perfect for a couple to enjoy.

Prachtige plek in de stad. Alles op loopafstand en ook metrostation voor de deur. Straatje tussen Rambla en Placa Reial. Veel gezelligheid binnen handbereik, dat brengt echter ook nachtelijk lawaai met zich mee. Oordopjes zijn nodig. Maar heel net appartement met alle voorzieningen die het verblijf aangenaam maken.

Good stay

Traveling solo. Like the add says it can be noisy at night so if your a light sleeper bring earplugs or something to helpyou sleep is what i did They do party all night so be prepared for that i was fine once i took my meds for sleep i was good to go. If you freak out about homeless people there are a few hanging sometimes near apartment.They weren't any problem for me. Owner was very nice and helpful. Apartment was spacious and clean so of i was ever in the area again i would stay here it's close to old town which is one of the things i enjoy.

Don’t expect to sleep

There was a very foul smell during the evening/night hrs, that coupled with the noise(which was mentioned in the listing) made sleeping very hard. Host tried to charge me an additional tax upon arrival even though the listing states it’s included in the price. It was a great location, but I guess you get what you pay for.

Great location but very noisy

The apartment was comfortable and in a great location but it was very noisy at night. A lot of loud people outside on the street yelling at all hours of the night. The internet connection was slow but the owner did indicate he was trying to get it fixed

Carles was such a considerate host for our visit, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient to anything we wanted to take in while in Barcelona. Right off the Rambla the apartment offered a clean and comfortable respite from the active center of the City life, and allowed for flexibility in choosing restaurants and activities. Great Location, Comfortable and Clean

Right off the lively Placa Reial in the Githic Quarter. We could walk to everything and catch the sea breezes. Easy check-in and great communication from the host. Not fancy but clean, comfortable, reliable WiFi, A/C, and utilities. The windows block the street noise surprisingly well though you may want earplugs if you have sensitive hearing. Be prepared to climb a few stairs and don't bring too much luggage--the lift is tiny.

Excellent Stay!

The location of this property simply can't be beat! Right off the La Ramblas/Gothic area. EVERYTHING is a stone's throw away--restaurants, tapas bars, the market, a wonderful square (Placa Reial), historic attractions, transportation--it has it all. The property was exceptionally clean and well-equipped. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Please note that because of the superb location, it can get a little noisy. For us, this was an easy trade-off. They also have an elevator (but you do have to walk up the first flight of stairs). We will definately stay again.
