Poor comunication and little predisposition and little goodwill to solve problems
mi vuelo se retraso y eso hizo que llegara 1 hs con retraso al checkin, avise del retraso e igualmente me cobraron 30 euros de multa. Eramos 5 personas adultas en el departamento y se negaron a darnos 2 juegos de llaves. El departamento tenia serias deficiencias de mantenimiento, placares rotos, ducha rota y falta de Tv en el living. Era imposible comunicarse con los proveedores en fines de semana y fuera de horario de oficina porque el unico medio de comunicacion era un chat
Property was great, just what we needed. Meant the kids had a room each and we could stay in for meals.However, the check in experience left us stranded outside and apartment block in a foreign country with two kids, chasing the booking agent for a solution. In the end we had to take kids and luggage on a 30 mins taxi ride to another suburb to find a lock box in a garage...No issues with the apartment, just the confusion at check in.
