They don’t greet you when you come in maybe that’s a thing here. Rooms thin walls , I can hear people outside the door and the footsteps and luggage being drag on the floor above . Rooms are big enough, clean and got a great bathroom strong shower with good drainage . I hate it when they don’t drain well so would still recommend this place

Clean room, helpful staff. No airport shuttle available. The Executive Single Room had a single plug tucked all the way behind the bed. You’ll have to climb up the bed every time you need to use it, and you can only charge one device at a time, which is quite inconvenient for a traveller. This detail would have improved my experience here.

The location is absolutely perfect - just steps from Passeig de Gracia and countless bars and restaurants. The hotel and room were nice. My only complaint is about the noise in the hallways. The doors are not sound proof and there were many loud voices outside our room coming and going and slamming doors at all hours. Breakfast was excellent with good quality fresh food, a wide selection and made to order eggs. Would recommend (with earplugs).

Probably one of the worst rooms with safety hazards and a fraud. Staying away from this hotel chain in future. The description/pictures showed a two room apartment with a bathroom all on the same floor. The room allotted to us was crammed and not the same - had bathroom access on the room entry floor and a flight of stairs above to access room above and another flight of stairs to access 2nd sofa bed room below. It’s a safety hazard for families with 20-30kg suitcases. On asking hotel staff, room change was not done and staff insisted that this was mentioned. A scam for hotel in this price range.
