Welcome to my apartment located close by the iconic Sagrada Familia. The apartment is ideally located to discover Barcelona. You are only 5 minutes away from the metro stations Sagrada Familia and Sant Pau. A good restaurant? Go down the street, you are on Avenida Gaudi with its pedestrian street and its many terraces. Relax in the large living / dining room, which includes an armchair, a sofa and a table for 6 guests. The independent kitchen is fully equipped. My apartment has 3 double bedrooms. The first large and bright, includes a large double bed but also a desk if you have to work. The second, with a touch of oriental decoration, is equipped with two single beds. Finally you will find a double bed in the third bedroom.Many closets and storage allow you to undo your suitcase. Before leaving to discover the city early in the morning, take a good invigorating shower. The apartment is cleaned and prepared by a team of professionals just before your arrival. There is air conditioning in the living room and if you have to wash your clothes, there is a washing machine in the laundry room right next to the kitchen.





-GROUP UNDER 25 YEARS OLD ARE NOT AUTHORIZED
-We ask you to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood if not the Barcelona authorities have the right to retain the whole security deposit
-Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, it could be entitled to a 50 to 250 Euros fine
-Pets under 10kg allowed on request ( additional charge 20€).
-This accommodation is equipped with a Room Monitor noise detector. Detector that does not record discussions but decibels, this to ensure the tranquility of the neighborhood. Any attempt to disconnect or exceed noise may be penalized with a fine of 50 to 250 Euros
-It is forbidden to use the bath towels provided to go to the beach. Otherwise, you will be charged €12 per unit.






Check-in regular time between 14h00 and 20h00 , after 20h00 you will have a 30€ extra for late arrival, after midnight 50€, after 1hAM it is 10€ more per extra hour. Sunday and bank holiday check-in have an extra of 30€. Early check-in before 13h, if available, requires extra 20€.
The regulations of our country require us to verify the information of the passport, identity card of the traveler.Barcelona city tax not included: 6,25€ per night, per person over the age of 16, for up to 7 nights. This amount will be collected upon arrival. Please note that the city tax is subject to change twice a year and may increase.
