I enjoyed the central location of the property. It's walking distance to many major sites. I had a room facing the street and am not bothered by noise. But if you like a quieter room, I would suggest you choose a room facing the courtyard. The courtyard was lovely - a nice oasis after a long day of sight-seeing. The rooms were a good size, with comfortable beds and a good sized washroom. Overall, a great stay. I would stay again when in Barcelona.

Loved our stay!

Very impressed with the beauty and location of this hotel. It should be a 4 Star in my opinion. So much to see and do near by and easy access to taxi and buses. Room was large and well appointed. Even though on a busy street, it was suprisingly soundproof. The staff was friendly and helpful. Recommend!

Our waitress was THE BEST - Suga- attentive, cheerful, sweet and on it! Check in was great, bag service awesome. This is where to stay. Take breakfast option and terrace room - you won't regret it - walking distance to everything!

The hotel's location is great -- walking distance to so many attractions. I had a double room overlooking the Portal de l'Angel. If you like quiet, ask for a room facing the courtyard. The room facing the street was lively and it was nice to catch some of the entertainment. The bed was comfortable; the room was clean; there was enough closet space. Only slight issue with the bathtub. If you have any mobility issues, the bathtub lip is a bit high and can be awkward to get into. Room service was fast and timely. The bar staff were responsive. The front desk staff were super helpful. I'd stay here again without a doubt.

The hotel is located less than 5 minutes walk from Placa de Catalunya. The room was spotless and the staff were really helpful and friendly. My room was facing the main street, with a huge window. You can also enjoy nice music from the buskers from the comfort of your room. The soundproofing was excellent, I did not hear anything from the street once I close the window. The area feels safe even until late at night. The room itself is on the smaller side, with limited space to fully open large suitcases, but the central location and reasonable price more than make up for it. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.
