The flat was centrally located to cafes, sites, supermarkets and transportation hubs with taxis at the corner. The flat had a convenient elevator to top floor unit and its private terrace and laundry room. The rooms do not face the street so it is extremely quiet and sunny in a.m. The windows face an open area in center of block and had lovely patios and large greenhouses. Each of the two bedrooms have queen beds but are European sized rooms aka small. The master has a wall to wall wardrobe unit for great storage. The kitchen is very well equipped with gas stove top, gas bbq grill, full sized refrigerator, double sink, the hard to find electric oven plus microwave! Perfect for those who want to cook! The bathroom has a lovely big shower with rain head and hand unit. The lounge area has a sofa and smart tv and at the other end is a dining table and chairs The unit is equipped with linens and supplies for guests. We stayed three weeks, much longer than most and the supplies were ample for our needs. The unit is very safe and in a great location. The streets are a residential area and people are friendly and helpful. Fidel was delightful to work with and lives nearby so close if any issues or for suggestions of places to eat or see. There is public parking on the block and ac/heat in the unit. We used the heater two nights. March and April were lovely weather of 65-72 F for three weeks!
