This modern duplex is located in the Putxet neighborhood in the northern part of the city and is ideal for those looking for a relaxing stay in Barcelona. Here, you can discover the most authentic part of Barcelona where many exquisite and authentic restaurants are located, as well as bars already established for many years.

The apartment is also located very close to several bus stops (Homer - Escipió / Pl. Lesseps - Riera de Vallcarca) and the metro (Lesseps / Pàdua / Fontana). Only 15 minutes away, you will find the heart of the city. As far as supermarkets are concerned, there is a great variety just a few meters from the apartment.

This bright duplex apartment was designed to combine modernity and quality. At the entrance, you will find the fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils so you can prepare your own meals during your stay if you wish.

Next to the kitchen, the spacious living room will allow you to relax after a long day of walking in the city. In the rest of the apartment, you will find 3 rooms: 1 with a double bed, and another with 2 single beds; as well as 2 bathrooms created so you can be as comfortable as possible both with an integrated bathtub and shower. Through the private terrace, you will have direct access to the communal pool of the apartment.

From washing machine, dishwasher, clothes iron, microwave to the coffee maker, not forgetting an excellent internet connection for our free Wifi, a flat-screen TV, as well as all the equipment you will need to feel at home. Additionally, for those who prefer to come by car and avoid the stress of finding a car park in the city, we can offer you private parking located in the same building as your apartment.

-: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

-: Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).

From the time we first arrived in the pitch dark night, with no entrance lighting of any kind, our expectations for a colorful, well appointed apartment like the one in the photos were not met. Somehow in the time between now and when the photos were taken a new owner or management company came in and stripped the apartment of its beauty and comfort. There is no wall decoration, the colorful walls were all painted white, much of the furniture has changed, and there is a scarcity of linens available. The kitchen has no towels of any kind, paper or otherwise, and lacks most cleaning supplies you would expect in a vacation rental. While advertised as being able to sleep 6 people, we were given two towels and a bath mat. The four single beds are jammed into small bedrooms leaving no room to move, and they all lacked top sheets. Two undersized wool blankets were provided, but the apartment was so warm and stuffy that they were of little use. The air conditioning is not adequate for this 2 level apartment and we were uncomfortably hot the entire time we were there. We called the offsite office about help with the linens and air conditioning and they said they would contact the owner and get back to us. There was never a reply from the owner. We also complained about the noisy renters in the apartment next door but to no avail. We stay at VRBOs around the world and this is one of the worst experiences we’ve had. On the good side, the neighborhood was terrific. It’s very convenient to transportation and immersed in local stores and restaurants.

Okay aber nicht das was es verspricht

Die Lage passt, an sich ist es eine schöne Unterkunft von der Einrichtung aber deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Die Sofas aufgerissen, Balkontür schließt nicht (defekt), nicht wirklich sauber, Liegen auf der Terrasse defekt. Es ist alles in allem das Geld nicht wert.

Beaucoup de deception

Nous arrivons dans une rue en travaux , rendu étroite par des barrières de sécurité ou il est difficile de stationner pour décharger les bagages, en passant sur de la boue en lien avec les travaux pour accéder à l'immeuble Ce dernier est dans le noire complet , les boites aux lettres sont démontées.Nous avons du taper aux portes voisines pour être guides pour retrouver notre appartement. L'accès au garage à été très laborieux , les explications étant très mauvaise .Nous avons tourner autour à la recherche du garage pendant 2 heures à l’issue desquelles nous avons exiges que le responsable vienne sur place, ce qu elle à fait au bout de quelques heures .Nous avons finalement pris possession de l'appartement tard le soir chamboulant notre programme de la soirée. Le duplex est très beau mais a besoin d’être retape, les peintures sont tachées, la rampe de l'escalier menant au chambres n'est pas fixée au mur rendant la montée et la descente très dangereuse , les portes des salles de bains sont imprégnées d 'humidité, la pomme de douche est non fonctionnelle...Nous avons contacter l'agence de location et lui avons envoyer un message détaillé ainsi que des photos, espérant un geste commerciale . Voici la réponse a notre requête:Tout d'abord, je vous présente mes excuses pour le retard pris dans la réponse a vos plaintes du week end.Nous travaillons à l'entretien de tous les appartements car nous sommes soucieux de fournir a tous nos clients le meilleur service.Nous aimerions vous offrir une réduction spéciale sur votre prochaine réservation très minime Encore une fois , nous sommes désolés pour tout désagrement et inconfort et nous espérons que cela nous permettra de démontrer notre intérêt pour la satisfaction de nos invites Passez une excellente journée . Meilleures salutations. Je suis encore en possession de photos , que je peux fournir,justifiant de notre requête. Quant à la photo de l 'entête, elle ne correspond pas à ce que nous avons trouves sur place. Je suis dans l'attente d'un dédommagement pour ce prejudice ,n 'ayant plus l 'intention de relouer avec cet organisme, d'autant qu 'une caution est demande à l’arrivée. Cordialement
