The check in and check out was fast and effective. Towels and bed sheets changed daily. AC did not work and in order to be able to flush the toilet you need a special technique. I had requested a treat for a friend for her birthday when booking and checking in and it has been forgotten about. Overall stay was ok, but I have expected more.

Lovely hotel well situated and very clean rooms could not fault room service very attentive, lovely roof top with hot tubs overall my partner and I had a lovely stay would highly recommend thank you hotel Barcelona center

great value

Myself and my boyfriend (couple both aged 24 yrs old) stayed in Barcelona Center Hotel from 4th-7th August at a good price. Room was clean, room was airconditioned, bed a little uncomfortable but not a big issue, room was nice, a little on the small side with a view of a wall, but then again i didn't go to Barcelona to stare out of a hotel window :) No tea or coffee making facilities but nowhere in spain does. Staff were very helpful, provided an iron when i asked for one and sent it to my room within 10mins. Food in restaurant is lovely but small portions - nice atmosphere. Rooftop terrace bar is beautiful to sit out on in the evenings, beer is reasonably priced in the hotel but liqours and spirits and cocktails are very pricey. Hotel was a great location as it was only a lovely 15 min walk to Las Ramblas. Lovely hotel and good value for money, i would definitely return.

Fantastic location

The hotel was good and in a great location, metro stops nearby, walking distance to many of the tourist attractions. Staff helpful and room clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for all the reasons above.

Great Hotel

Really great hotel. Room was really good size, large well laid out bathroom with separate shower room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location. Really recommend this Hotel.

excellent hotel ideal getaway

excellent hotel , very friendly & helpful staff, great hot tub& sun loungers after a day out on roof terrace, only one thing that would to be have tea/coffee making in rooms .

Great location and wonderful facilities

This is a great modern hotel with some lovely features. Location wise, it's just a short walk from Plaza Catalunya and near the posh shopping area of Passeig de Gracia. It's a shame it doesn't have a pool but the two jacuzzis are fantastic and do the trick. Ask for a room with outside view as there are some rooms looking inwards and do not get affected by how the hotel looks on the outside: it's a bit dull but inside is much nicer!
