Well the hotel was ok. But im little bit disappointed about toilet and switch power. Some plugs was not working. Our room blind was broken nobody came to sort out. The customer service was poor. Breakfast was very horrible. No any halal chicken. I did like breakfast here in hotel. Eggs was very cold. Mostly food was cold.

Wonderful front desk, helpful, informative, cleaning staff spoke everytime we passed in hallway, and resturant was unbelievable good and breakfast was also great! Front desk was able to get me a cab even with the rest striking dowtown!

We were thrilled and very appreciative of the front desk staff especially Maria, Tatania, Lorraine and Jose. (I am sorry I may not have the spelling of their names right). They all made us feel very welcome and went out of their way to help us with anything we needed assistance with, transit directions especially. Breakfast was delicious as well. It was very good to have a safe in the room. Thank you for helping us to have a wonderful stay.
