My niece had consistent spirit attack in the room. There was no kettle to boil water and the hot water from the bar tasted metallic. Front desk staff were not the friendluest. Overall, I'd say avoid this hotel. No value for the money paid.

I love Hotel Lugano and I stay here every time I can when I’m in Barcelona. Clean, quiet. And It’s in a great neighborhood near small cafes and tapas bars. And it’s close to major metro stations making it easy to get to the more touristy parts of the city.

The staff are helpful and nice. The hotel is in a great location I had to leave for an early flight. As I had breakfast included, the hotel prepared me a box with sandwiches, drink a fruits. It was such a nice gesture!!

Good location and value.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. The location is easily accessible from the airport via bus to Plaça d'Espanya, and it is also easily accessible to Sants train station via metro Line 3 (recommend Poble Sec stop). Line 3 also goes to Plaça de Catalunya. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but they can feel a bit cramped. The staff members were all pleasant and helpful. There was good variety at the breakfast buffet.

Very convenient situation near a metro and within walking distance of Mont Juic, Pl de Espanya, Las Ramblas, Palau Gaudi and other tourist attractions. Could sometimes hear the metro running, it was quiet like white noise, but not a problem. A member of staff was very helpful, giving us pointers of where to go and how to get there.
