Terrible service and treatment

I booked this hotel for my wife as a much needed break as she is undergoing chemotherapy. From images online we thought there was a swimming pool which turned out not to be the case. We tried to cancel immediately explaining the reason of the booking error but the hotel refused. We were forced to book another hotel at extra cost because my wife's condition meant the pool was essential

Comfortable stay

We really enjoyed this hotel. Inside, it is decorated and in a fun, funky, and relaxed way. The staff were friendly. The room was clean and spacious. We included breakfast with our stay, which was a delicious buffet and something off the menu. The next time we go to Barcelona, we will stay there again.

Great Location for Sightseeing

Modern high-rise hotel near Plaza Espana. Great location for sightseeing – 2 Metro lines at Plaza Espana are 5 minute walk away, restaurants and shops at nearby Arenas Mall, short drive to BCN Airport and Sants train station. Room was a decent size with king bed, small table and chair, in-room safe, small fridge, and large bathroom with walk-in shower and bathrobe. Didn’t eat in restaurant but have a coffee shop in Lobby for coffee and croissant. Enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel.

The property and staff were great. The first night we ate at the restaurant and it was really disappointing. We were anxious to have some paella and thought we’d try it here. I had squid and shrimp and my wife had artichoke and something Mine was scorched and the rice was crunchy. My wife didn’t enjoy hers either. So the restaurant gets 1 star,

Hotel indigo is in a great location and it’s a wonderfully clean hotel with a very service oriented staff. Our only issue was that a fuse in our room kept popping at inconvenient times (room 308) even though we didn’t really have any appliances plugged in. Aside from that inconvenience, it was overall a great stay!

Great place to stay and very conveniently located near the metro of Pl. España. The cleaning was a bit mediocre and we were there for 5 nights so we got to see it properly. The room was comfortable, a bit tight but better than many smaller sized rooms. The place is modern and the restaurant downstairs was great with good food and great music playing always. The service was slow and felt forced with real lack of hospitality.

The hotel is so dog friendly and the dogs get a goodie bag with dog stuff, bones, toy to play with and other treatments they also get a bed and cups for food and water. Luna is extremely happy. They could also visit the bar and the restaurant.
