loved our stay at Royal passeig de Gracia!

Not only were the desk staff incredibly friendly and helpful, they went above and beyond their call of duty every single day, anytime of day and night. We did not speak much Spanish and they made everything possible for us, making connections and reservations and recommendations. The rooms were impeccably clean and well appointed. The cleaning staff were like magic fairies, we never actually saw them in our room because they were extremely quick and very efficient. It was lovely to have the room tidy, beds made, clean towels and bathroom spotless, every single day. the rooftop Terrace Bar was a wonderful surprise. Staff once again were incredibly professional and accommodating as well as entertaining. the views overlooking the city and church Familia, were beautiful and worth the visit. We had desserts up on the Terrace on one occasion and loved every dessert we ordered. The complimentary bowls of popcorn are a really nice touch. especially when one has been out on the town all day and pop upstairs for a drink. Loved it! The location of this hotel is also one of the best parts. everything is within walking distance. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. Bravo! Gracias!

Beautiful hotel in a safe, popular location directly on Passeig de Gracia. Helpful staff, wonderful breakfast, fantastic location, great rooftop hangout with tapas and drinks, near the metro or walkable (for those without mobility issues) to many attractions. Highly recommend!

The property did not appear to care about my VIP status. When asked about any upgraded rooms available, they dismissed the idea by stating a charge. Also, my room had a horrible damp musty smell which I soon discovered was coming from water leaking into the carpet from the shower, even when the door was shut tight during the shower. After informing reception, no compensation was offered. I do not recommend staying at this hotel. The only saving grace was the convenient location.

Great location. Rooms are very spacious. Staff is welcoming and helpful. The hotel has a great rooftop terrace. The hotel is located on one of the main strip of Centre of Barcelona. All the high end stores are on this street. Most of the main attractions are about a 10-15 min walk. Has lots of cafes and restaurants just steps away. I would stay here again

Great location on Passeig de Gracia, a major shopping area near most of the major attractions and virtually next to La Pedrera. Like the water dispenser on all floors and friendly staff. Only problem was the shower over the bath with water tending to drip through the side of the shower screen pooling on the floor.
