Beautiful, comfortable apartment block. In a quiet position, 1.4 km from the sea, 1.4 km from the beach. Public parking on the road. Supermarket 450 m, restaurant, bar 240 m, bus stop "Illa Fantasia" 200 m, railway station "Premia de Mar" 2.1 km. Sports harbour 1.5 km, marina 1.5 km. Nearby attractions: Barcelona 23 km, Illa Fantasia 290 m, Mataro 9 km, Roca Village 19 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
