Charming attic in the Eixample area of Barcelona. This attic is very bright because of the 60 sq m of its private terrace gives this apartment an special and bright atmosphere. Once inside, one can be delighted with the magic modernist achitecture of the building. Full of historic details and essences that are most unlikely to find, it has been refurbished and decorated lately by HOME-DECO studio design with all the necessary equipment for a fantastic stay. To take le lift, it is necessary to go up some steps. A caretaker is in the hall during working hours.

This attic with all rooms outward-facing, has a big 60 sqm terrace. This bright apartment has two double rooms, a living-room with an open kitchen and a toilet with a shower.
One bedroom has a double bed (150x190) and a wardrobe, and the second one has two single beds with a chiffonier.
The apartement is fully equiped with heating, air conditionning, TV, WIFI Internet access, washing machine, dryer, etc. The kitchen is fully equiped with all the necessary menage to eat till four people.
