This hotel completely ruined our trip. The room was disgusting â the bathroom sink was blocked, so we couldnât even wash our hands, and the toilet area was dirty when we arrived. The air conditioning made a horrible loud noise all night, and we couldnât sleep at all.
We complained to the staff right away, but they didnât care. On the first day, they said there were no other rooms and told us to âcheck again tomorrow.â The next day, after we involved Expedia, the hotel promised that we would get a new room within an hour. Guess what? After one hour, nothing was ready. They just assumed we would come back to the hotel to pick up the key â even though we had clearly told them we wouldnât return until the evening! Totally unprofessional and disrespectful.
When we finally got the new room later, it was tiny and uncomfortable. Honestly, it felt like they didnât care at all about their guests.
The hotel is also in the middle of nowhere â it takes about an hour to reach the city and another hour to get back. Thereâs nothing nearby, no restaurants, no shops, no tourist area. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and didnât even try to fix anything.
This place is a complete joke. Donât waste your money or your time â avoid this hotel at all costs!
