Welcome to Barcelona! We hope you have a wonderful stay in our flat. Please follow these simple guidelines:

1. Be respectful of the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum after 10PM. Avoid slamming doors and making noise in hallways.

2. No parties allowed. Disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund.

3. Upon check-out, leave keys on the table and pull the door shut. Always lock the door with the key when leaving the flat.

4. No smoking inside the apartment.

5. Turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment to conserve energy.

6. Additional cleaning and bedding can be arranged for longer stays, but please request this when booking.

7. Tourist tax of €10.45 per night per guest applies to those over 16, for up to 7 days.

8. Check-in is from 3PM to 8PM. Monday to Friday: 8PM - 12AM - €40; After 12AM - €60. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays: Until 8PM - €30; After 8PM - €60 (paid in cash or by card).

9. Check-out time is 11AM. Luggage can be left in the apartment if no other reservations are pending.

10. Lost keys will result in a charge for changing the lock.

11. On your last day, please wash the dishes and take out the garbage.

We loved staying here- great location for the beach and the area felt safe for us (family with two small children). It is ideally located for public transport links into the city as well as local supermarkets, playground area restaurants, bakeries and ice cream stalls. The apartment itself is spacious, light and airy and we loved having the outside space to extend into. The apartment has a number of helpful amenities including air con, WiFi and facilities for washing and drying clothes. There is good storage space so you can unpack and feel at home. The apartment is furnished very nicely and we felt very comfortable here. :)
