Nous avons adorĂ© notre sĂ©jour Ă  Barcelone , dĂšs notre arrivĂ©e Liza nous a accueilli en français et nous a fait un tour de l’appartement complet, elle avait mĂȘme une carte du quartier fait spĂ©cifiquement pour notre appartement avec des idĂ©es resto oĂč manger. L’appartement Ă©tait complet et facile d’utilisation nous avons manquĂ© de rien ! Check in et Check out trĂšs faciles ! Il y avait un parc juste en face pour ceux qui voyagent avec des enfants (1-5 ans )

First timers to Barcelona with 2 older teens

The property was just as it looked in the pictures, great accommodations for a family of 4 which included two older teen boys. Communication with owner and host was excellent. Amazing to come back to have cold drinks, snacks & enjoy the A/C! It was our first time to Barcelona & the location was great, we walked a lot and found some great spots. We were thankful for the provided map with local favorites to visit, we loved Bar Conigo, Sol Soler, and a great Mexican restaurant.Would highly recommend! Gracias!The Carlson Family

Clean, well appointed apartment. Black out blinds and hotel quality mattress made sleeping very comfortable. Goncalo allowed us to check-in early which was much appreciated by our sleep deprived 65 year old bodies. A pair of beers and cokes in the immaculate refrigerator was a nice touch. The shower head remembers your heat & cold settings, also a nice touch. The only negative we had was the couch cushions did not want to stay put, a very minor annoyance. We highly recommend this apartment!

Great Location and Pictures are accurate

Location is prime. Walking distance to a lot of attractions. There is a locker storage place nearby if you have to store your luggage before check in or after check out. Host was great and building is safe and secure.I would stay here again.

Convenience In A Local Area

The apartment is located in a small street just outside the tourist areas. There is a metro station 2 mins away, but you can walk to most places, especially the Sagrada Familia. It is an ideal size for 2 people on an extended stay, or 4 people on a short stay. The check in and management personnel were extremely helpful and responsive. 5 Stars for them. Great area with food shops and restaurants and a market also.

Quiet apartment great location to Metro

It was a great remodeled apartment in a quiet residential neighborhood. Very close to the metro and very accessible to all parts of the city. Highly recommend this apartment for a 4-person stay!

Wonderful near to the metro. 20 minute walk to Sagrada de familia , lots of restaurants nearby I wasn’t bothered by the children’s playground noise but did notice on the last night that the person above us was stomping around.kitchen was well appointed and we were very glad for the elevator. It’s a safe neighborhood but not touristy so use your Spanish if you can

A perfect apartment for enjoying Barcelona.

We had an excellent stay in Barcelona and this Vrbo was perfect for myself, husband and son. The apartment was beautiful, clean and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The location was great to walk around the city and explore the neighborhoods all around us. Our check in was easy and the host was very accommodating with our check out. We had a great experience.

Schönes Apartment im Szeneviertel

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Ariel’s Apartment. Die Kommunikation verlief sehr angenehm und schnell, alle wichtigen Informationen hatten wir vorab. Der Check-in war auch problemlos, uns erwartete Gonzalo mit den SchlĂŒsseln und um uns die Wohnung zu erklĂ€ren. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und hochwertig eingerichtet, die Betten waren bequem und es gab genug Kissen und Decken. Das Bad ist zwar klein, aber die Dusche ist groß und mit gutem Wasserdruck. Uns fehlten Haken fĂŒr unsere Necessaires, aber das ist Geschmacksache. In der KĂŒche gibt es hochwertige GerĂ€te und auch GeschirrspĂŒltabs, SpĂŒli etc., so dass man nicht alles kaufen muss. Wir wurden mit Wasser, Tee, Kaffee, Obst und Milch begrĂŒĂŸt, so dass wir am ersten Morgen gleich Kaffee trinken konnten. Die Wohnung liegt sehr gĂŒnstig, d.h nah zur U Bahn und Bussen, sowie zu vielen guten Restaurants, CafĂ©s und netten LĂ€den. Es war an sich sehr ruhig in der Wohnung, nur am Abend vor Karfreitag waren einige laute Gruppen nachts unterwegs, aber das ist in StĂ€dten normal. Wir kommen gerne wieder, um noch mehr von Barcelona zu entdecken!

Spectacular Stay in Gracia

Every single thing- from the initial communication when originally booking, to day of arrival accommodating us by allowing us to drop our bags, to the comfort of the unit and absolute delight of a neighborhood. It was a stellar experience all the way around. Such amazing restaurants right outside of the door- Posidonia, Lata Bern@, great panaderĂ­as and FruterĂ­as for quick snacks. Honestly it was perfect. Would recommend for anyone. We travelled with two children and the inner bedroom with two twin beds was great for them and we enjoyed the bedroom with balcony in the evening. There is a charming park/playground across the way that is lively at all times of the day until late in the night. Earplugs are a good idea to sleep but the dark shades are great. Even though the building looks old from the outside, don’t let it fool you. Once inside the apartment is beautiful and clean. It has all the set up you need for your stay. Lovely place to stay!

My husband, father, and I stayed here on a quick trip to Barcelona and it was perfect for us! The apartment was well equipped with everything we might need (and more) and Aina provided thorough instructions on how it all worked during the check in process, which was much appreciated. Personal highlights were the remote control blinds and the shower - it was the best one I've had in Europe in terms of water pressure & temperature! We absolutely loved the neighborhood and had a number of delicious meals within a 10 min walk - most of which were recommendations from Ariel! It was a great location for hitting the Gaudi sites, but also walkable to the older part of town where a lot of the restaurants are. And the L4 metro couldn't have been more convenient! Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment.

Pre-cruise girls trip

Our stay at vila Gracia was perfect. Located in a cute neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the tourists, it was so easy to get around either by walking or taxi. The metro stop was right on the corner too. The apartment was beautifully set-up. Fruit and beverages were a special touch. Communication was easy and quick. We would definitely stay here again!
