The reception team were wonderful - couldnt be more helpful. We loved the location also. The unit was perfect however the beds were inferior. I hope it was only for unit 342 but I would definitely ask this for our next visit as everything else is really good

Decent hotel near metro

The apartment was nice and adequate. The only draw back is I expected to have both washer and dryer for a 2 room apartment for a family of 5 for 5 days. There was only a washer. So I had to line dry the clothes which makes the apartment damp half of the time. The hotel is in a residential area. There are some very nice cafes nearby for breakfast. About one block away from metro which is very convenient for the major attractions.

The propoerty was comfortable and in a good location. The customer service was not good and left a lot to be desired. We stayed 4 nights, and were given coffee pods and sugar for 2 nights. When we asked for more coffee, we were told that this isnt a hotel, and we would have to go to a supermarket to buy some. This is not the service you would expect from a 4 star property at this price point.

Great find

This was such a spacious (2 bedroom and 2 bath) apartment, perfect for us and our 2 adult children. The kitchen was surprisingly well equipped. Two metro stops are less than 2 blocks in either direction. The clothes washer was most appreciated (note: directly across the street you can buy detergent for 1 Euro and use their dryer for 4 Euros) and there is a huge drying rack. The only quibble is that the twin bathrooms are the smallest I've ever seen--think 3rd class cruise ship size--but they had all the essentials and at least you could reach the towel without stepping out of the shower.

Don’t think I would stay there again..

The sheets didn’t look very clean as there was hair on the beds. The washroom didn’t smell very pleasant and the couch had several stains on it. Otherwise the apartment looked clean but the towels smelled like bleach.

Dislike: upon arrival for check-in, I asked the officer where could we stop the car for few minutes to bring down luggage, the answer was : "find yourself a place in the street to park!!" Although they had a parking facility just next door to the building entrance. No renewal of amenities in the apt

The location was wonderful - close to 2 metro stations, and walkable to city center also. Rooms were updated nicely. No dryer in the room, but was equipped with clothes hanging stand, so laundry was not much of a problem. It could get loud in busy months, but when we stayed, it was okay (April).
