Clean rooms, courteous and helpful staff. The only issues were the bathroom lights on 2 switches and the use if. Apple TV as a choice for provider, once figured it out was fine but for older guests might be problematic.

Hasnt been anyone at desk most of timewhen I went there either sitting outside or backroom. I arrived25 minutes early and was che ked in then they charged for early checklin without informing of such charge.I would have waited if known this.

Rooms were very clean. I have 2 issues with the hotel. 1- they allowed a woman to walk around the buffet with her dog. She was walking around the food and dining area while people ate. And no it wasn’t a service animal. 2nd and partially my fault. I left full pack of alcohol in the fridge by accident and no one knows anything about it. Also I went to the front desk and no one was around. The employees were all on a smoke break together.

Easy check-in, nice property, very good breakfast, clean room, quiet. Would easily stay here again. We Ubered to a downtown restaurant since it’s definitely not walkable. But no problem doing that and we got tips and recommendations from the driver. The property is also a 30 minute drive to Maker’s, and very close to Bardstown Bourbon Company.

Decorations added a special touch!

Pretty safe even though for a few days the window washers were limiting parking spaces. The work manager helped us find the side entrance when the front door was blocked.
