The place was alright however the check-in and access was very confusing. We were able to call the office to figure it out with the help of a friendly Italian building resident, but would have been lost otherwise. So be prepared when you go to this place.

The room was clean, the only thing a sofa was broken. And the way you entered to the building, and the room was tricky.

Arrived off the ferry having checked in online, but found the link I'd been sent came up as "Server Error 404". Rang the office and the problem was sorted by phone very efficiently and apparently in Angela's own time as the office was closed. Apartment is well maintained and the location good for both the train station and the port. The technical issue needs to be addressed - if the sme thing happens to the wrong client, it could cause a lot of anxiety and stress.

Beautifully maintained and pretty secure once you get the hang of the electronic entry system. Rather a lot of walking needed between reception office and the premises. Good location between station and port area. Special instructions need a bit of clarification - explain how to check in online before arriving. Vikey doesn’t work - demands a password without giving the opportunity to create one.

Great way to wait for your cruise.

Second time staying here. Great hotel close to the pier for cruises. Definitely recommend for that purpose.

A pesar de contar con un dormitorio y baño espacioso, no contaba con una pequeña mesa y silla para trabajar o comer. Mismo en el baño, sin algo para sentarse o apoyar ( ropa, toalla,etc) . El espacio ducha, no contaba con rejilla, lo que podría resultar un problema , si se cayese un objeto o trabar un pie. Al ser alto, y no contar con una barra de sujeción, la salida y la entrada al espacio de ducha, resulta peligroso. La ubicación, si es conveniente y com buena posibilidad de parking, y a 10 minutos andando del centro.

Spacious room in a good location in the city centre. A 15 minutes' walk both to the old town and railway station. Airport bus stop in front of the building. Unfortunately some of the furniture was more or less broken.
