Sehr schlechter Host-Service

Für den Preis war es ok, nur dass die Lichter im Esszimmer nicht funktionierten, noch im Schlafzimmer und tamppco die große Lampe am Eingang, die Sicherheit war schrecklich, die Fenster waren mit etwas Holz blockiert und das Schlimmste von allem, was sie uns nicht den Schlüsselcode bis zum nächsten Tag geben, warnte ich rechtzeitig und bekam nie eine Antwort, sie beschuldigt, dass die e-Mail-Adresse falsch war, aber ich bin 100% sicher, dass es nicht so war, Wir kamen am Flughafen um 23 Uhr an und sie haben nie auf die Nachricht in der App oder per E-Mail geantwortet, so dass wir ein Hotel bis zum nächsten Tag bezahlen mussten, das heißt, wir haben die erste Nacht bezahlt und wir sind nicht geblieben, am nächsten Tag haben wir etwa 4 Stunden vor der Tür gewartet, ohne Nachricht, wir haben den App-Support angerufen und sehr freundlich haben sie uns eine andere Unterkunft besorgt, bis irgendwann eine E-Mail mit dem Code ankam, sehr schlechte Aufmerksamkeit vom Gastgeber.
